* Recommendations for Use *-
· Effect of Heat on Diamond: In dressing process, Diamond needs to be cooled.
· Always Turn Coolant ON before starting Dressing, never during.
At higher temperature Diamonds turns into graphite and oxidizes
In dressing process, Diamond must be cooled to increase the life of Tool.
Slower traverse rates result in a closed wheel face that produces less stock removal and improved work Piece (JOB) finish.
Faster traverse rates result in an open wheel face produces greater stock removal and a rougher work piece (JOB) finish
